Shuters NIC Errors

Hi All,
I just saw my syslog file and i'm getting these messages (everday same time 7am & 7pm) - I've checked the crontab, no entries are define to run on this schedule...

Nov  4 19:04:59 shu10 in.mpathd[196]: [ID 299542 daemon.error] NIC repair detected on bge1 of group net-public

Nov  4 19:04:59 shu10 in.mpathd[196]: [ID 237757 daemon.error] At least 1 interface (bge1) of group net-public has repaired

Nov  4 19:05:00 shu10 in.mpathd[196]: [ID 299542 daemon.error] NIC repair detected on bge0 of group net-public

Nov  4 19:05:00 shu10 in.mpathd[196]: [ID 620804 daemon.error] Successfully failed back to NIC bge0

Nov  4 19:09:04 shu10 in.mpathd[196]: [ID 168056 daemon.error] All Interfaces in group net-public have failed
