Error Configuring Change Assistant to Connect to the PI Database as Source, Target Database is on MS

We have installed the 9.2 HCM DEMO environment that we will need to use as our source (since our target database is MS SQL we cannot use the Source Image). We also patched it to tools 8.53.08. Our current task is to configure CA to connect to the PI database so that we can create a change package from PI to update our "traditional" 9.2 demo with the required for upgrade patches. We are able to connect to the PI database in Application Designer on the host server running VirtualBox. Our next challenge is configuring the CA to connect to the PI
