HTS Assesment Did not Effect Item Cost on Item Master

 Hi All,

I have created an HTS Code with assessment component rate of 2%, though the estimated value is populated correctly on itassess form, but did not effect the item unit ELC.

Please do let me know whether it effects item master unit elc or not. If it effects then what might be the reason it did not effect in my case (RMS 13.2 version).

I have verified the item_hts, item_hts_assess tables are updated.

The same goes with the PO, when applying the HTS on PO does not have any effect over the duty or ELC value.
