Does Oracle maintain a Master List of the portal menu structure for each PeopleSoft application?

I've come across several menu items for which I'm getting the "you are not authorized to access this component" message.  I receive the message even though I'm logged in as a PeopleSoft Administrator.  Upon further investigation it appears the components no longer exist in the database even though the portal menu still has references to them.  I suspect these menu items are orphans left over from a prior upgrade and I'm thinking it would be ok to delete them.  A master list of the portal menu structure would allow me to confirm this theory.

In particular, I looking at the following menu items in PeopleSoft Financials 8.9.
