Jobs not going to posted

Hi All,

All of a sudden jobs are not going to posted.

Below is the error :

Java exception thrown: java.ne t.ConnectException: Connection refused   
 HTTP Status Code is: 900 (63,7 2)   
 PSUNX failed to post files to the report repository.  Server scheduled to try again on 2013-11-15-05.51.49.498784.  See log

We have 3 environments only on one server and the jobs on that server are not getting posted in any of the domains.

PT 8.49.20

FSCM 9.0

Prcs is on Unix 

Any help would be appreciated.
