Is there a scripted way to delete Partner Applications from 10g SSO using only siteid

We have EBS and the current cloning process from production re-registers each instance with SSO every time it runs leaving lots of siteids orphaned in SSO. We are in the process of upgrading our test environment from 10g SSO to 11g OAM and need to migrate the existing SSO applications. Don't want to migrate the 270 orphaned siteids. Is there a supported way to clean out the orphaned siteids using only the siteid?
