Unable to assign open LC

Dear Support,
We have created a new Open LC in RMS 13.2.5 and trying to assign to PO but an error was encountered. PFA.
We have tried below steps to resolve the issue,

1) Checked system_options table for LC setup.
2) Verified Supplier is enabled for beneficiary.
3) LC details are exactly matching with PO Import attribute .
4) An error is facing only for OPEN LC.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
