FPR WIthout Details In RWMS

 Dear Support,

Please look into the following issue:

Create a new Appt of type FPR without Details in RWMS 1325 and Receive items through HH.
Following is the error encountered while receiving:

YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM THE REQUESTED OPERATION.

User Id while Receiving : PAR3214 whose privileges = 9.

Please find the attachment as well and do the needful at the earliest.
