Reassign notification defaults to Transfer ownership.

I have an obscure problem I’m not sure how to fix…

Running on 12.1.3

 

APINV workflow (Payables approval) does NOT support users transferring notification ownership but users can delegate an approval request.

To do so you select Reassign in the notification window. This opens a new window where you can either Delegate your response or Transfer notification ownership.

By default Delegate is selected.

Enter the new approver/assignee and click Submit.

This brings you back to the worklist.

If you then select the next notification and select Reassign the window opens with Transfer notification ownership as the default (not Delegate as previously). If the user submits the notification with Transfer ownership it generates an error.
