During upgrade from 11i to R12 I am getting below error

During main patch of R12.1.1, jaipaymentdff.sql is failing with below error. Please let me know how to proceed.

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/onidau1ap/apps/apps_st/appl/ja/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jaipaymentdff.sql &un_ap &batchsize 11 40
