MRT in RMS

 Hi, 
We have created a MRT in RMS, with Type as Intra-Company transfers and approved it.
Executed the mrt batch and it aborts with error message mrt_1~20131119105528~post_transfer~tsfdetail~-12899~ORA-12899: value too large for column "RMSOWNER"."TSFDETAIL"."PUBLISH_IND" (actual: 5, maximum: 1)~Array insert to tsfdetail: rec_no 0, tsf_no 3000703247, seq_no 1, item 100006493, tsf_qty 4.000000 

The issue is occuring in 13.2.3, can anyone help me out in it
