Change Asst. Connection Test Fail

Hi,While I'm preparing Change Asst. to make an application upgrade, I get to [Database Configuration] setup page and when I click Test Connection I get the [Connection Failed!] error.

I checked the following:
ODBC connection is successful to that DB
Application Designer login is also successfully logging in

Am I missing something? I'm using VP1/VP1 for DMO database.
