One supplier -One Site- multiple service type

Dear Experts,

     In the additional information only one service type can be entered, we have cases where PO is raised for supplier for one supplier site but this PO is raised having multiple service type say contact and other one man power.

How to capture these two service type in one supplier site. Or is there any other option.
