Organization UDF's are not coming in the defined order in OIM Console

Hi,    We have created few UDF's for Organization in oim 11gr1 in design console and given the order for the same fields. in OIM console, those UDF's are getting displayed but not in the defined order in design console.

I have created three UDF's in design console, like below.

Name               Order
Addressline1      1
Addressline2       2
Country                3

But in oim console , it is coming in the order

Addressline2
Country
Addressline1

Can any one please, provide us the solution for getting these fields in proper order. or where can we define the order for these fields.
