We are experiencing online performance issue after a tools 8.52 upgrade - suggestions ?

Over the weekend we upgraded our tools in production from 8.49.27 to 8.53.18. Our online performance has been impacted (batch is normal). Online SQLs are extremely slow. Online sessions are timing out. The application is fscm 8.9 The database is Oracle, 4 terra bytes. 178 indexes were rebuilt as part of the tools upgrade. We're doing the usual troubleshooting with DBA and have an SR open with Oracle support.But if you have come across this issue and have suggestions, please respond.Environment:
