Tax amount rounding off at the time of shipping creating reconciliation issue

 HiDuring ISO cycle (Manfucturing to Trading Org) at the time of shipping tax amount is rounding off to near rupee. while at the time of receipt accounting is happening with exact tax amount.
Creating balance in intransit amount.

Any input will help.
