Notifications error.

 I need some help to analyse the following alert:

"The notification with the ID of 1105788 experienced problems when attempting to dispatch an email notification to the roleSERVICIOSGENERALES@CLIENTETC.COM,IVONNEA@CLIENTETC.COM.LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH. Subsequently the notification preference for the following users has been set to DISABLED. Please correct the issue and re-enable their notification preference."

I allready read the document 577234.1 but i review the "Notifications section for Email Style" and select a valid option but the issue persists.
