Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Access and display Report template file from PS application

Hi All,

I have a requirement to access and display the Report template file (.rtf) from the application using Peoplecode.

I have identified the template File is stored in database in the table "PSFILEDATA" in DATACHUNK field which is Long Character Filed.

Appreciate if you can provide any insight to access and display the file as word document.
