Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS doesn't fire changes

Hey all,

I have an OIM 11.1.2.1.2 installation with Bundle Patch  17086188 installed. My Platform is Oracle ELinux 6 x64. Oracle RDBMS is 11.2.0.1

The problem is that the lookup doesn't trigger updates even on basic fields like First and Last name. Nothing suspicious in logs. What would you recommend to check?
