How and where to change workflow notification subject

Hi There,

How and where to change workflow notification subject

Ex:- when user subject a report and copy one of his peers name in notify under option tab in SRS window

He gets a notification like

Request 123456 ( Pick Slip Report Output) has completed with status Normal

I want to change this subject...

Please advise
