Retail Allocation 12.0.11.1 calc engine error

I have an error when starting the calculation engine for the Allocation application. Here is the error.

Has anyone seen this?

I have posted this in the RMS community, since I didn't see an Allocation community. If there is an Allocation community please let me know how to post it there.
