Does PeopleTools 8.53 upgrade duration depend on database size?

We want to upgrade PT8.49 to PT8.53 with Oracle 11g.

I want to know if the upgrade duration would depend on Oracle database size, because after reading the manual we realized that it involves Date to Timestamp Conversion, which might impact the timelines.

Want to know how much will be the impact of this step on the upgrade timelines.
