Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to uninstall Peopletools 8.53 on Windows Server 2008 R2

HI,

I installed PeopleTools 8.53, Weblogic , TUXEDO, Oracle client 64 on my Windows server.

Once, I wrongly deleted files on Oracle client. Now there is no uninstaller on my oracle client directory.

Then, I tried to remove the \......\procduct\client_1, it warns: cannot delete, it open in other progam.

I think that peopletools opens these files. How can I remove it? Or is there any solutions? Thank you.
