installing StatsPack on Standby (11g Active Dataguard)

 Quick question to the community.  I have the need to install standby stats pack for tuning needs.  But as a precursor I need to have statspack installed on both the active and standby databases according to the documentation.  My question, If I install Statspack on the Active side, will it as part of the syncing install on the read only standby database?
