Multiple PeopleSoft web servers, clearing cache, restarting.

Hi Experts, I have a question for PeopleSoft system admins.We have one environment and multiple web servers 
EMPLOYEE - Main one
Career
ESS - employee self service.

We are on Ptools 8.51.23, HRMS 9.1.

Is it possible to restart just one web server and clear cache i.e. ESS, without affecting (users, access) on the other two (EMPLOYEE, CAREER)?
