Mismatch in Receiving b/w SIM and RMS

 Hi All,
Please let me know if any have faced this issue before ..

We are facing issue with receiving message flow between SIM and RMS .. for ex: Suppose if stores are receiving against 1000 ASN'S and submitting them all of them properly updating in SIM 
but when it comes to RMS part 970 Receiving message are flowing to RMS and rest of them are missing . While we fetching SOH mismatch then we are making manual entry in RMS from SIM for remaining 30 
messages.

we have verified RIB log but unable to trace the issue .. 

please provide your inputs for solving the issue ..
