Can we open a Custom page through a button which is presented in the Custom notification

 Hi All,
      We have created a custom appraisal process in our business and client is asking for this functionality.

Currently we are opening the custom page in notification through URL we placed but our client need a confirmation that "whether a button which is presented in custom notification  can open a Custom page or not."

Please let us know how to achieve it it possible.
