JobSet Definition

 Good Day,
I have scheduled a jobset definition, create the job, run controls and scheduled the job to run.   I see it in the process monitor.  The application engine (IMPORT_FILES) calls another application engine (TR_BSP_LOAD) when executed manually but not from the scheduled jobset.   The FSPRECON is a part of the jobset as well.  I can;t seem to figure out why this is not executing as I thought it would.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
