ODAC 12c Release 2 with Visual Studio 2013

Hi,

I am looking for a date where the latest ODAC 12c version will be available.  I found info on slides on Technet from OpenWorld that it will be available end of 2013-beginning of 2014.  Do you know of any specific date as we are building PC's for developers and need it to build Visual Studio 2013?
