Monthly Stock on Hand, Retail and Average Cost Values Update running long

Hi All,

We are having issues with one of the monthly job the hstmthupd which runs for 19 hours(this is the second time this batch is running,last time this batch ran it took the same time) to update the item_loc_hist_mth, we checked in the restart_control table and found that we have only one thread for this batch, we understand that for batch the threading is done by the v_restart_store_wh view but i can only see one record in the restart_program_history table,the commit_max_ctr column has value 1000, since this batch uses Sql Loader to update the table we are not sure if we can improve the performance by increasing the number of
