Single Sign-on SSO setup for HRMS 9.1 tools 8.51.23

 Hi Experts
I would like to know if it's possible to setup some kind of a solution to allow users to authenticate to our PeopleSoft ( HRMS 9.1 tools 8.51.23) environment automatically without the need to enter id and password using their window's credentials. We are already have setup that they can login using windows id and password. But I would like them to sign on just by clicking on PeopleSoft link. Would it be possible, would I have to put something in front of PeopleSoft (ie oracle identity manager or Oracle Access Manager?)

The important thing is that I don't want to use PeopleSoft portal, nor inFlight by BTRG. InFlight does the job because it uses SharePoint authentication, however I don't want to use this product.
