Change Assistant failing due to "Invalid Access ID/password error"

While doing PeopleTools Only upgrade to 8.53.06, Change Assistant is failing at Step "Copying Projects - Copying PPLTLS84CUR Project". Error received is "System Error : Invalid Access ID and password for signon -- see your security administrator."

All the userid /password like accessid, application user id are working fine and we're able to log into Application Desginer, Datamover without any issues. Before this step, CA was able to run few dms automatically.
