Code missing when comparing with database

Hi,

I have some code written under record field peoplecode between two databases A and B. There is a line present in both the databases when opened individually . But when i compare the same peoplecode between database A and B, the same line shows difference and in the database B it shows only half of the line on compare viewer. I cleared the cache and tried with different compare options still no help . Has anyone faced this earlier ?
