Oracle Identity Manager server configuration hung after weblogic Admin Server URL Screen

 Hi AllI am in the process of installing 11.1.2.1.0 of Oracle Identity Management on AIX 6.1

when I try to run the Oracle Identity Manager server configuration by running /u01/app/oidm_r2/middleware/Oracle_IDM1/bin/config.sh, The installer hang after weblogic Admin Server URL screen

this happens after clicking next and next button is grayed out

these are the parameters that I put in 

 weblogic Admin Server URL t3://<serverName>:7001
username = weblogic
password xxxxx

the admin server is running on port 7001 and I can connect to em

the logs for Oracle Identity Manager server configuration contains nothing

a similar installation on a Oracle Linux 6.4 works perfectly
