IDM DR situation -- Node-1 is gone in two node env -had to rebuild- can I reinstall OID on node-1 an

I just want to make sure what are all the possibilities available during a worst case scenario.

======================= Situation============

Installed and configured on two nodes successfully.

Lets assume In a DR situation node-1 goes offline and had to be rebuilt.

a) Node-2 is still available and servicing the requests.

b) No backup of OID install on node-1 is available. 


what are the options do we have at this point?

scenario-1

=======

a) Install OID on node-1

b) Configure OID on node-1 with "use existing schema" option ?


will this scenario work? if not what are the other options do we have at this point?
