The DDDINWS errors out when running via Change Assistant

 The sqr DDDINWS errors out with the following message:

(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbexec: SQLExecute error 530 in cursor 29:
   [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The statement terminated. The maximum recursion 100 has been exhausted before statement completion.

Error on line 114:
   (SQR 3735) Could not execute SQL.

This only happens when running a 'large' project (Apply all changes not yet applied) through change assistant.  It did not happen on a smaller project.

We are running Microsoft SQL Server 2008 SP2 on Windows 2008 R2.  The application is currently on PeopleTools 8.53.08.
