How to pass a manual entry in RG 23 C part 2 for a 50-50% segregation

Hi,

There was a capital good which was wrongly given the RMIN excise template. Due to this when the GRN was done for the item and when the excise was claimed, the excise claim has wrongly went into RG 23 A part 2.

We want to correct this mistake without doing any RTV. We have already corrected the excise template of the item to CGIN.

Please let us know what manual entry we need to pass in the excise register to reduce the balance from RG 23 A part 2 and put the balance into RG 23 C part.
We want the entry to enable us to take 50% credit this year and 50% in the next at both GL and at register level.
