How to enable Trace??

Dear All,

We are getting error while running the Process (INPSSTGE), but when we open the message log no error is there in the explanation. SO kindly tell me how to enable Trace so that error can be recognized and from where then we can see the error.

Please explain with the proper navigation as I am new in PeopleSoft..
