App Designer Copy Project from FMS9.1\PT8.51 to FMS9.1\PT8.53

When I did a Tools > Copy Project > To file in App Designer FMS9.1\8.51.16 then did a Tools > Copy Project > From File in App Designer FMS9.1\PT8.53.06 it seems as though a Page fields did not have some Page PeopleCode in the PT 8.53 version when that project was copied from the file created in PT8.51...  

Is there any known issues with using the Copy project from PT8.51 to PT8.53?   Do I need to  set certain options?  Should I try copying the project again?
