Stop emails sending from Custom Concurrent programs that uses workflows

Hi,

Users are receiving emails from Custom concurrent programs which are Pl/SQL executables from testing instance.

This uses Oracle workflow and emails are send to the users with the output once the program is completed succesfully.

How can i stop this emails from sending to the users.

I put the concurrent jobs onhold and later made them inactive as welll, but of no help.
