SQR Extract file and Microsoft Excel

I have a SQR and it writes out a file that when saving it as a .CSV and then if one uses Excel to open it, I have one column that gets mis-formatted. It appears to put it in exponential form. It is suppose to be 12 characters long. If I double click on the actual cell, the correct value appears. If I use Notepad to view the file, the values display correctly, so that is telling me that the values are in the actual file. In the excel file, If I highlight the column and do a format cells and
