Server Notification still override Process Notification options in Tools 8.52

I found Doc ID 662731.1  for Tools 8.4 that states

"There is an option to set Nofication on the Server Definition (Peopletools > Process Scheduler > Server > Notification > Server Errors.  

"When Server Errors is checked, then Notifications defined at the Process or PSJob Definition level are ignored.

"To set Notification on Process or PSJob to occur On Error, Warning, and Success, then the Server Notifications "On Server Errors" must be disabled (unchecked).

"Report ID 1497816000 Setting Server Notification - On "server errors" - disables process / PSJOB notifications. Reported in PT8.46+.  The Report was closed on 12/06/2006 as "Working as Designed".  Development says this behavior is not a bug, but the way Notification is intended to work.  A request was included to update Peoplebooks with the following explanation added:
