Receipt Number Generation in RWMS

 Hi Team,
The Receipt Number sequence should be incremented by 1 in RWMS however when we analyse the Data, its skips nearly close to 1000 Numbers or less than in between the generation.

Can anybody let us know the reason why this happens.  Is it a bug or issue?

Note: Cache Size is 1000
         Cycle  Flag=Y
         Order Flag = N
         Min =1
         Max= 9999999999
         Increment by 1
