Portal 9.0 to Portal 9.1-Rev 2 Upgrade Errors in Data Conversion - Missing Objects in COP

I'm attempting to upgrade from Portal 9.0 on tools 8.52 to Portal 9.1 - Rev 2 on Tools 8.53.

The tools upgrade to 8.53 is not a problem.

It seems that there are 15 required for upgrade patches that need to be applied to the database, which I applied in release date order to the DEMO (9.1-Rev2) database which was created using the DataMover.    None of the 15 patches were applied to my COP database.

Using the Change Assistant template PS90to91_Rev2  which was released in September, 2013, I created my job and environment.    All was going good until task Task 5-4-3 Copying the EOUF_UPGRADE_FRAMEWORK Project.
