1042 processing for Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)

We just found out this week that, at some point in the near future, we will have to start special processing for some foreign vendors.  My question here is, does Oracle plan to add any functionality to the Financials to accommodate tracking data to process 1042's at the end of the year?
