Audit table for CAREER_DEVELOP

Cutomer wants to audit career_Develop table.

When we do transactions in the career_Develop table, the changes are not reflecting in the audit table ( no rows are inserted).

we found the career_Develop table is populated by using the view HR_CP_DEVELOP and we tried to audit that view also, stil not getting any result in the audit.

Could anyone please suggest, how to audit career_develop table?
