Hi Friends,

I am new to the People Soft not alone the infrastructure and need your help on the following.

I am currently working on a People Soft CRM aplication running on CRM application version 8.9 and the PT version 8.50.11.

The JVM for PIA on our servers appears to be low and it stays <10% most of the time. my undeerstanding is that it is recommended to maintain it about 20% for better performance results.

Currently we are using a 32 bit JVM and would like to upgrade it to 64bit JVM. This is the only way I can think of to increase the heap size.

Howdy, Stranger!
