NOT ALL USER NAMES APPEAR IN TEST emailer

Hi,

We are trying to investigate why not user names appear in the test emiler page.

Navigation:

System Administrator>>Oracle Applications Manager>>Workflow >> Notification Mailers>>Workflow Notification Mailer >>EMAILComponent Details: Workflow Notification Mailer>>edit >>test mailer9all screen shots attached (screen1,scree2,screen3)

The test mailer page appears >>on populating the user name on the "Recipient Role", not all user names appear.

Example --populate the Recipient Role with user name CHATTESU, it does not show the "Results >> Select a Role and ...  accept button"

however when we select KINGD-- IT SHOWS SCREEN5 .(with the Results >> Select a Role and ...  accept button)
