OIM self service: how to optimize page display

How can I optimize displaying of pages ? 
Presently, there is scroll appearing. I need all content of the page to be shown wholly and to be dynamically resized depending on the size of the browser window or even though for the following screen resolutions: 1280*1024, 1920*1200
