intermittent Data Integrity

We upgraded to 9.1 in January of this year. Ever since the system upgrade, we have a handful of people who intermittently get Data Integrity errors when working within a specific number of delivered and custom components/pages. It is the same 5-6 people out of 60-70 people. We have not migrated any projects since the upgrade as we work on a bundled development rollout methodolgy, so these components and their pages have not changed since January's upgrade.
If the user logs out, clears their browser cache and log back in, they are able to work for a time; however the problem does return. They must "rinse and repeat" the same process. We have confirmed that they are not clicking the Back Arrow on the browser to go back a page.
